roasting to roast again

Things have been going slow, but good, here at Primavera…roasting, cupping, re-roasting…re-cupping. Today after cupping 10 different samples of our Organic Fair Trade Guatemalan, we nailed a great roast profile. Our High Grown Costa Rican took us 9 samples, but we nailed it too.

5 pounds of Guatemalan Huehue just out of the roast going into the cooling tray.
