A Weekly Tradition is Instated

Last Saturday, July 14th, marked our first “official” cupping class, open to the public. I use the word official loosely because we’ve held countless cuppings at our store in the past, but so far, they have not boasted the scheduling savvy that we now claim as our own. All that to say, every Saturday, at 2:00 P. M. Primavera will host an in-store cupping.

Why should you partake? The answer is simple. This process provides an opportunity to taste and compare coffees side by side. As your palate develops, subtle differences in roasts, origins, and processing methods will become easier to identify.

Join us on July 21st, as we examine the following African coffees: Ethiopian Harrar Horse, Ethiopian Kafa Natural, and Kenya AA Estate.

We will continue to update the site from week to week with information on upcoming cuppings!
