the pictures look really good! i had to use lightboxes for a couple of studio projects last year & fell in love with them immediately.
i think you should make the gift box pictures more uniform with the other 3 (french presses, grinders, chemexes). the fact that only one of them looks warmly lit throws off the modern look of the others. (or maybe you should add more warm-lighting shots for other products…)
also, have you thought about just lining up the french presses straight across instead of angling them & then taking a head-on shot? it would allow people to see the detail better.
The gift box picture was the first one I took, and is why I bought the light box. It is on the checklist to re-do.
But what about the CHEMEXes? They are slanted.
the CHEMEXes look nice slanted because it accents their angular design. i think they should stay as is. the coffee presses, on the other hand, are more vertical & cylindrical so, the angling doesn’t do as much for their shape. once again, just a thought. overall, i’m really impressed!
hey brett, the brazilian coffee is really wonderful! I had a cup last night and this morning…the life of a student. Anyway, my friends and I are enjoying it so thanks!!!
I am glad you guys are enjoying the Brazil. It is one of my favorites!
